This hotel was a good pick for exploring town in Sorrento with outstanding value for money. The pool area was nice and clean, which made for a relaxing afternoon. Definitely eat out rather than dining here to get the best local food.

I had an incredible experience at this lovely hotel, enjoying a spacious room with all the modern amenities and being just a short walk from the bustling main square and train station, which made exploring Sorrento incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

Great pool area and welcoming staff, but room Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The pool area was fantastic for the kids, with a nice bar nearby for the adults. The lobby is beautiful, and the dining room was pleasant with a lovely view. Edmundo made our mornings brighter with his warm greetings at breakfast.

In my wife’s opinion, adding more kid-friendly menu options would be great.

Staying at Grand Hotel Flora was a nice experience. The fine views of Mount Vesuvius paired with delicious breakfast offerings enriched my stay. Although noise from the nearby road occasionally disturbed my sleep, the attentive staff made it all worthwhile. A good blend of comfort and charm!

My stay in the classic double room was nothing short of magical! The view from my balcony, overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, was a postcard come to life, and breakfast on the rooftop with fresh omelettes. The friendly staff remembered my coffee order, which added such a personal touch to my experience!

However, the air conditioning was somewhat limited, and the bathroom was cramped, making it a challenge to move around. Also, those staying on the fourth floor might experience morning noise from the breakfast area, which was quite distracting.

Room sound insulation could definitely use an upgrade!!! The air conditioning control system is outdated, and I wish there were more shaded pool areas to relax in comfortably during sunny days.
