The breakfast was extensive: cakes and pastries were outstanding! They gave an a double room with a lovely patio and a terrace, for example as we booked.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the train station and just a short walk from the town center. It's in a great location, making it easy to explore Sorrento and access the main square. Additionally, there's a supermarket nearby for convenience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the bed being particularly comfortable. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options to choose from.
One negative aspect was the inconsistent attitude of the staff, with some being rude and unhelpful.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly Gennaro, were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. We loved the view from the breakfast room on the 5th floor. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, the pool was also great, with sunbeds that got a little bit of shade in the afternoon. The room we stayed in was fabulous, and we even got a free upgrade when we requested a different layout. The rooftop patio and pool were lovely, and the staff there were excellent. The hotel is also close to the train station, but it's a bit of a walk to downtown. However, there's a bus available for those who prefer not to walk. we highly recommend this hotel!
None. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Sorrento. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a bottle of Prosecco, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. We especially appreciated the farewell gift of limoncello, a wonderful touch. The hotel has a beautiful pool and the restaurant served delicious meals. Although there were a few minor issues with the pool towels and noise from the front of the hotel, overall, our experience was positive. The Grand Hotel Flora made our stay in Sorrento memorable and enjoyable.

Great New Year break at an excellent hotel in Italy. The view from our room was breathtaking, with stunning views of Naples Bay and Capri Island. We enjoyed the complimentary prosecco and tasty snacks in the evening, as well as the free Wi-Fi. Perfect location within walking distance from the vibrant city center, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore.
The hotel lacked a fitness center and spa, which would have been a nice addition. Nevertheless, overall it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, making me feel like a part of their family. They were incredibly thoughtful and caring, always going out of their way to assist me. The pool area was spotlessly clean, and the fact that towel usage was free was a nice touch. On top of all that, when I decided to extend my stay, I was surprised with a lovely little gift and thank you card.
The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.
